Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped from our office in Washington, DC within 1 week after being placed.  Please note due to Covid-19, it may take longer to fulfill your order as we navigate unforeseen delays.  We are an exceptionally small team and appreciate your patience and understanding.  For any other shipping questions please write to: shipping@tipsyvincent.com
 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re not in love with your tipsy Vincent purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.  After 60 days we offer store credit in the form of a tipsy Vincent gift card.  Details and Exclusions are listed below.

Returns process:


 All eligible returns must be unused and in their original packaging

Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 1 week.  We do not process returns on the weekends or holidays. After our team has checked your return you’ll receive an email confirming the refund to the original method of payment or points added to your account.  It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We don’t currently offer exchanges.

Missing or damaged items:

We aim to get it right every time, but we are a small team and occasionally make mistakes!  If your order arrived incomplete, contained damaged items or never showed up, we’re here to help!

 

 Please contact us via email at shipping@tipsyvincent.com with your order number and a picture of the Incomplete order; the damaged item; or if your order never showed up, please include your confirmation email, the date it was ordered and the date it was supposed to arrive.
